See bug 108894 and prior UX discussions, reached agreement for intentional use
of openended '365' notation, rather than 2019 as committed by Adolfo [1].


IMHO => NAB & WF

Otherwise, not a major issue if we restore a 2019 notation--just that we'll be
here again in a year or so when the next MS flavor is tagged.
