...and check "[ ] Relative".
Units are everywhere given in absolute values unless you set relative, for
example there are many requests around font size in percent. My preferred
solution is a per-control switch (linked across similar controls in this case)
as discussed in bug 72662.
Back to the topic: with percent by default we cannot switch back to absolute
values. And many use cases require this. So my take is WF.
