What's not clear is whether that mouse scroll
should advance slides or move slider down. That's more UX issue, but let's
first clear up this report.
We have bug 38164 that requests to wheel scroll to the next/previous slide (in
normal mode). My suggestion was to have wheel (scroll on current canvas) and
alt+wheel (scroll through slides, ie. apply the wheel at the slide pane). And I
would propose the same solution here. The sorter canvas has a scrollbar, which
acts on wheel. In order to apply the wheel to something else you need the alt
accelerator.
