Haven't the commands just change to go forward on accept/reject?
The 'add new commands' approach was accepted in bug #101977 and those are
present only on the toolbar yet.
But adding them to Edit > Track Changes is something you already downvoted in
Gerrit, see here:

Which would mean for this one a wontfix.
