We run out of (good) shortcuts long time ago. There are things like
shift+ctrl+e to open the extension manager, which is absolutely not needed. But
once users know this shortcut it's very hard to remove it again. So unless you
have a good proposal I'd recommend to customize locally (Tools > Customize >
Keyboard, and enter the search term at Functions).
