Good point, but what _name_ exactly would support you? There is the internal
unique variable ID (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language#KeyID)
and we have label and (normal) tooltip.
I'm happy that even one understands the problem I wanted to point on :-)
As "button name" I meant the content of the normal tooltip, so that this
term/phrase is available for both sides, even they have a different option set
for the tooltips.
It may look like this (short tooltip highlighted):
