I have some coaching clients whom I support on using LO.
For beginners I often have enabled the extended tooltips, so they better know
what a button is doing. The problem then is, when they have questions via
phone, they can't tell me the name of the button, they have questions on.
For example in Calc there are three buttons for sorting. It's difficult to
explain someone which button I mean, without knowing the name of the button.
Even for me with some rarely used functions it would better to always the know
the name to better remember it or find some info about it in the web.
