I think the last option is too much as any of the above option with extra on
first on does the trick when footnotes are empty. But OTOH it's more clear.
Opinions?
Adjusting the GUI would makes it clear/doable for users, and better UX. Include
the last. Also allows tweaking for explicit support for the ODF 1.3 change, so
yes.
Are IDL and API changes to support macro and extension usage also needed?
Thinking of external projects like Zotero.
