No. The same dialog should open whether it is for an individual data series
or all data series.
As it is now, only the Data Labels page appears for all data series. By
contrast, for individual data series, there are also pages for Borders,
Font, Font Effects, and potentially Asian Typography.
I can think of no reason why it should not be possible to have access to all
of the options so that all data series can be formatted at the same time.
The language describing this can be a bit confusing so I hope I am being
clear.
