We discussed the topic in the design meeting. 

(File > New >) Templates... is a bit unclear and could be renamed to "From
Template...". 

The dialog that opens per File > Templates > Manage Templates (or via From
Template...) has no "managing" features. Those could be added, which is filed
likely in other tickets. We could also just remove the "Manage Templates" menu
in favor of File > New >. 

The change is an easyhack but it needs to be sure how both relates to each
other.
