We discussed the proposal in the design meeting and agree on it. Current state
is that an inserted image has zero spacing and changing this to 0.2cm works
well. If a caption is added the frame takes the values, which cannot be changed
then (this should be solved by disabling the controls).
The referenced bug 87360 might be obsolete and bug 90070 is talking about a
border. But we decided to keep them open for later.
