What kind of object and what toolbar? Drawing objects in Writer and in Calc as
well have the toolbar "Drawing object properties". The toolbar is the same in
Writer and Calc, only that Writer has the text-wrap options in addition, which
make no sense in Calc.
Beside that, please do not confuse "border" and "line". A "line" is provides be
the draw:stroke attribute and a border by the fo:border attribute. We might
find ways to harmonize the styles (not trivial), but for borders you can set
individual borders for left, top, right and bottom. Such is not possible with
lines.
