It is working like this (otherwise I wouldn't complain to much). Default with
the patch is

[ ] Number Recognition
  - [x] Number format recognition -
  - [x] Alignment -

("-" for disabled)

Before/Today it was/is
[ ] Number Recognition
  - [ ] Number format recognition -
  - [ ] Alignment -
