Element navigation supports 18 different types of navigation...
Guess you count commands with "Next". But those do not have a shortcut
assigned. Point is that you need an UNO command in order to customize yourself
and after discussing the issue in the design meeting we agree on this idea. I
changed the summary accordingly.
