Description for a11y is available in any other object context menu in writer
excl. form. So have it all the time or none.

good point removed. It didn't work anyway.

good point added, but didn't work maybe someone can fix that align is available
for media context.

wasn't removed it's not in a subgroup so it will be shown ONLY when you select
more than one media file.

Add Caption in writer work really well and it's a 100% context related action
So I add Insert Caption to ALL objects.
