Because if you rightclick your mouse it could happen that you cut by mistake
if you mistakenly touch the right mouseswitch. Happens to me from time to
time and than I don't know why the content is not there any more.
This sounds more like a problem with how context menus are implemented, and
might deserve a fix on that level rather than changing the order of commands
because of this. Please see related discussion in Bug 114481, and my comment
there.
