No, as paragraph styles are not supposed to be set via context menu.

As Impress support styles for shapes styles dialog was also included. Should
the styles thing be the last one or before label, properties, ...

I cannot follow you. Is the idea essentially to move Styles in Draw/Impress(?)
to the bottom or do you plan to change more items? Actually, I think the
context menus don't require much update for harmonization as they are
_contextual_. Comparing Writer-Images with Draw-Shapes makes not much sense in
this regard.
