Tomaz pointed out in the design meeting, that the character dialog depends on
this setting too. If only one is checked we have list boxes for font name,
weight, and size, while it's just a dropdown if two or more languages are
active. And users who work on multi-language documents need all so "hiding" at
tabs is not the best. Probably we can detect the lang of the current selection
and show the respective tab?
