I confirm the behavior in Versie: 6.0.3.2

CPU-threads: 4; Besturingssysteem: Linux 4.13; UI-render: standaard; VCL: gtk2; 
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL.UTF-8); Calc: group

(Cannot confirm in master because of bug 117410 )

Export to PDF, set Signature on tab Digital Siganture
On next export, info there is not available; if one wishes to sign, the
information has to be entered again.

However, not sure if it is a good idea that this is remembered automatically.
Maybe adding an option on that tab page "[ ] remember for next export"
