Chances are 50-50. In our documentation, we do not AIM to have a page No. 1
being on the left, it is the result of the length of the last sub-chapter.
An alternate solution would be to have the option of putting the first page of
the document to the right even if the document is not viewed in "book mode"
This could be a simple check-box, and it would leave the auto-insertion of
blank pages alone.
