Yes, it is - and probably easy to hack. As the slider is completely self-drawn
it will never fit into the system theme and look and feel. So we should go with
just dark gray for the lines and black for the interactive elements (+/-
"button" and thumb).
Code pointer might be svx/source/stbctrls/zoomctrl.cxx
This change will affect all platforms and should be verified carefully.
