Main spreadsheet programs use it from ever, at least in 1982 Lotus 123 used
it so.
LibreOffice can't limit their usability because others use a keystroke in,
for me, not the right way.
IMHO the only possible solution it's @Aron's comment#6, having an option to
disable their use.
