So the question is:
do we allow users to pull the side bar width below a size where widgets become
dis functional, or should we set a minimum (per deck) so that an arrow appears
indicating that continuing with decreasing width will result in closing of the
side bar.
My first reaction is: don't care.
My second: if there is a different minimum for each deck, don't do it. It might
interact when I have the side bar set smallish and click on another deck, that
it closes.
