Now you can see the name and the assigned shortcut (if any) of a toolbar button
in a tooltip message which is displayed when you hover over the button with
your mouse.

And with the revamped customize dialog, you can easily find the button you want
by using the search box in the keyboard tab of the customize dialog.

So It seems like this bug is no longer valid.
