When you understand CSD as relevant for the title bar only, it's up to the
OS/DE to support this.
Not really, but I dont understand why LO keep using a titlebar anyway.
I suppose I will have to address the VCL plugin developers, although I
mentioned this here since the idea is to maintain a coherence in the interface
between platforms (something distinguishable with LO). Thank you.
