There has to be an upper limit. Microsoft allows a font size up to 1638pt which
is the size of the maximum page height at 22in.
When I create a document with "Hello World" at this size in Word and save it as
ODT (<style:text-properties fo:font-size="1638pt") it opens and renders in LibO
with the right font height. But the last page is missing ("ld"); and of course
you must not touch the font size.
So for sake of round-trip consistency I recommend to increase the maximum at
_all_ font size controls. If a larger size is needed we provide the workaround
suggested by Jacques in comment 1.

This change might be an easyhack.
