We discussed the topic in the design meeting. Flat design might be hip today
but that could change. And on other OS like macOS (and also different themes)
the shadow is wanted. So the recommendation is to fix the issue. Therefore I
changed the summary from "Light grey inner border not always rendered" into
"Page border drawing artifact". However, if the issue cannot be easily solved
it's also acceptable to remove the additional 1px line and make the page border
flat.
