250 vs. 280% zoom factor, W7, OpenGL disabled
In one there is no inner border and in the second there is, but when it appears
in one side and not in the other side (screenshot), it doesnt look so crisp.
And when it appears sometimes and others randomly at the same or different zoom
levels, this complicates things more.
