Turns out, if Line and Filling is set to visible they do replace each other. I
didn’t find any documentation that this should actually be a replacement, not a
simple turn on/off.
I’m now debating whether I should turn this into an ‘improve documentation,
please’ issue. Adding whatever one might want to see from Line and Filling or
Text Formatting to the respective other is much shorter and a much better hack
(if it is even a hack at all) than all the other suggestions out there.
