With release 5.3 you can navigate to a particular page per ctrl+G. If you talk
about Next Page/Previous Page and the default shortcut of page up/down: this
can be personalized per Tools > Customize > Keyboard > Navigate. There is a
known issue that scrolling with the Navigator's buttons scrolls differently.

Your request is not fully clear, either it's a WFM (go to a particular page) or
a duplicate. I take the latter.
