No tooltip for me in LO 5.3.1.0.0+ under GTK3 and Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64. As a
consequence it is impossible, moving the cursor in a modified text, to know
who did this change.
No tooltip too if I deactivate the experimental functions.
Could you open a separate bug report on this? The new report could be
treated as a bug, and the existing report can be kept as an enhancement
request corresponding to the original suggestion.
