Sorry, disagree.

In my opinion "properties" should be ever a first level entry. Only if most of
the properties are direct visible in the sidebar, we can use a lower level of
menu-entry.

BTW: "Object.." is a correct menu-entry. A frame is an object of the document -
like a picture or a graphic. And there are some more objects possible. Objects
do have properties - so this is a correxct menu-entry
