The goal with this bug report was to state the problem (and workaround for
google searchers) clearly.
I wouldnt call it defaulting to have no space as a problem/bug, it is just not
a good default and the correct place to add the spacing is in the wrap tab and
not the borders tab.

So IMO it's more convenient to handle spacing here.
- It can be solved fast and the anchoring / wrapping stuff needs much more
research
- Thus the principle One issue, One report is valid.
All should be tackled at the same time, as all of them are set at the same time
and affect each other's default.
