Do we need to file a new feature request bug?
I vote for changing the long-term LibO behavior in order to be compliant with
other tools. Unless someone finds an argument why ctrl+arrow should jump to the
paragraph after the current.
So the requested change is to make ctrl+cursor working like shift+crtl+cursor.
