Yes adding a drop list for common "specials" would be helpful. While the ICU
regex lib handles finding, the replacements are not as simple.
But, rather than placing it inside the "Other options" accordion, it would
useful enough to place it between the Help and Close buttons of the collapsed
dialog.
The specific list might be adjusted, but I don't think we'd need the full blown
special characters dialog there, but a list box of common specials (with
localization) to insert into the Find or Replace field would a nice
enhancement.
