How would the Navigator help someone do anything at all?
Rather than implementing a dialog for each and every task we have to aim for a
generic approach. You can easily change attributes for multiple selections, so
my recommendation is to improve the object selection. Of course, the navigator
doesn't help you today, but imagine a tool for easy selection and perhaps with
filter options for certain attributes. It would be some kind of find and
replace but not at the dialog that is being used for text.
