The input method belongs to the OS/DE, in my opinion.

applications.

How can GNOME and KDE be advised of this as:

The Document Foundation and GNOME Foundation to tighten their relationship, by

The alternate, office-like solution is to use the auto correct function
(Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect options).
From what LibreOffice currently provides, the current AutoCorrect is not able
to handle this feature.
