I know it is splitting hairs, but we do not and can not "edit" a PDF.
We can filter import it for use in Draw (default), Writer, or Impress and we
can filter export (or Print) to PDF. We'd like to have a filter to directly
insert a single PDF document as if an image (bug 89727); or edit the text
strings pulled from PDF as paragraphs (bug 32249) etc. but we can not "edit" a
PDF.
Adjusting the summary to reflect that we will always be filtering PDF for
import and export.
