NORMALLY -- I might be wrong, though -- the OKAY (the "GREEN", the "GO ON")
option should be on the right ..

It is not an OK button but a choice between 2 options.

because that's the easiest to click on... you can click on it "blindly" ....
while, for the the other button, you have to look for (even if this takes
only a fragment of a second)

It is always a very bad idea to click blindly, above all when something went
bad and you have to choose how to fix that.

where do we file improvement suggestions?

Here, by changing importance from Normal to Enhancement. Done for you.
