Sorry for the delay, Timur.
It's always hard to say if a feature is important enough in terms of being
frequently used that it is worth to get an own menu entry or toolbar button. Of
course it would be nice to have at least an UNO command for this property in
order to self-configure it into the toolbar. And maybe it should be added to
the menu, for example below Protect Sheet.
But what you can do right now is to define a style with or without protection.
That makes it possible to switch quickly between on or off.
@Gülşah: Format > Cells... (or ctrl+1) > tab "Cell Protection" > checkbox
"Protected" (Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ not really up-to-date admittedly)
