While they are classified draw:shapes, Frames in Writer offer very powerful
page layout management, as well as containers to hold images and graphics, with
a range of style and formatting that can be applied.
Believe Frames are much more deeply integrated in writer than the other
draw:shapes. Evidenced by handling of Frames in Navigator where you'll see Text
Frames, and Draw Objects.
Yes two Frame objects can not be grouped together, believe they are intended to
be unitary to their anchor and used as fundamental containers for layout.
So not sure of the utility for allowing these objects to be grouped with other
Draw Objects.
