This enhancement is primarily targetting Calc where you have to insert a chart
by means of a wizard. So in order to skip this process and easily insert a
standard/normal 2d column, bar, pie, line, and area chart, respective uno
commands need to be created to do so.
I believe the uno command should be named similar to this example :-
InsertChartBar
