the larger part of the LibreOffice users has MS-Windows as OS/DE.

This is a pure guess. User Prompt's last survey that asks for demographical
data too revealed this user structure:

Windows     310     21%
Linux (KDE)     532     36%
Linux (Gnome)     525     36%
Mac OS     60     4%
Other     43     3%

By the way: It's said AOO is more common in Windows and LO in Linux because of
the distribution bundling. But I have no data on AOO.
