The 100% zoom SHOULD mean it shows the page just as it would be when printed
(1:1 scale), however it DOESN'T.
That seems somewhat plausible, although I'll have to defer to the ux folks
here. (I'd assume that monitors know how big they are, so this kind of
computation is eminently possible)
