To my knowledge ctrl+cursor jumps to the next whitespace character (dev
should confirm this). And what I mean is that the list of whitespace
characters that are used for cursor stop should not be individually defined
by any program but the OS.
On Ubuntu, LibreOffice behaves different from Gedit, Thunderbird, FireFox, ..
The latter all stop (forth and backwards) at the end/beginning of a
line/paragraph too. LibreOffice does not.
