2. Add the most used file formats used for export at the top of the list.
Usually, only few file formats are used more frequent. After the user
exported few times to a specific format, that file type should be displayed
at the top of the File Format drop-down list.
In writer, there are only 6 export file formats and some will be more
frequently used by one user than the others, so there isn't much of a need to
sort this according to user behavior, as it just adds complexity to keep
track of such things rather than having a static list.
Indeed, Writer has only 6, but Draw has 17 (6 of them starting with P so you
can't select it typing P only once). For Writer and Calc it makes more sense to
use a frequently used list for Save As dialog.
