Previewing is generally done before printing, not after. Hence the logical
order would be to have preview button before print button.
As the current default view of a document is print layout view, which shows the
pages exactly like how it would be printed, it isnt generally done before
printing as it once was when the default document view was normal view, like in
Word 2003. And with print preview not being available in Impress and Draw,
putting it before Print wouldnt be preferable.
