Thanks for posting...

Moving this over to ux-advise side. Please identify the build of LibreOffice
you are working with as there are continual changes with the track changes and
commenting.

Mock-ups and annotated screen captures are helpful to the design and
implementation process--see if you can rough them out with pointers of what is
wrong and which are priorities.
