I would like to come back to this issue in the light of the recent
outcomes of the ODF Plugfest and the UK Cabinet Office recent decision
on standadizing in ODF.

In summary, the position of the "Save in ODF format" and "Save in MS
Office format" should be inverted when saving non-ODF files.

Please advise. The change is pretty simple to implement.
