Presently, the changes toolbar has a number of tooltips that need improvement.
Below are the ones that i think need changing, but these changes shouldnt
effect their menu labels.
Show -> Show/Hide Tracked Changes, Show or Hide Tracked Changes, Show Tracked
Changes
Record -> Track Changes to Document, Track Document Changes, Enable Track
Changes, Enable/Disable Track Changes, Activate Track Changes,
Activate/Deactivate Track Changes, Activate or Deactivate Track Changes
Accept or Reject -> Tracked Changes List, All Tracked Changes
Comment -> Tracked Change Comment
Protect Records -> Protect Document from Editing, Restrict Document Editing,
Protect from Editing, Restrict from Editing, Protect Editing, Restrict Editing
Compare Document -> Compare this Document to Another, Compare Changes Between
Two Documents, Compare Documents
Merge Document -> Merge this Document with Another, Merge Documents
